The purchaser can return goods purchased if not satisfied for any reason within 7 days of receipt for a full refund excluding postage/packing charges, provided the goods returned are in their original packaging and are in totally unused condition. Goods delivered by British Dog to the customer remain the responsibility of the customer until received back by British Dog, so we recommend you use a recorded method of postage when returning goods. Returns must be sent back within 7 days to arrive at the offices of British Dog within 21 days of receipt by the customer. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
